Local moves are priced hourly, based on crew size, how much you’re moving, and the distance between addresses. Most 1-bedroom apartments wrap up in 3-4 hours; 2-bedrooms in 4-6; full homes in a day. We give you a flat quote up front based on your specific move, so you know the total before move day.

Yes. We offer full packing, partial packing (just the fragile or tricky stuff), or no packing at all. We bring all the boxes, tape, paper, and bubble wrap — no need to source your own. We label everything by room and keep a clear inventory so nothing gets lost in transit.

No. Your quote includes labor, truck, fuel, wrapping materials, and protection — the whole move. We don’t add surprise charges for stairs, long carries, or extra time we expected. If something changes that affects the price (an added couch, a blocked driveway), we tell you before we do the work, not after.

For weekend or end-of-month moves, 1-2 weeks ahead is safest — those slots fill up fast. Midweek and mid-month, a few days is usually plenty. Same-day move? Call us. If a crew is open, we can be there the same afternoon, especially for studios and 1-bedrooms.

Yes. Pianos (upright, baby grand, full grand), safes, gun safes, pool tables, exercise equipment, oversized art — we move them with the right straps, dollies, and crew size for the weight. Tell us when you book so we can plan the right equipment. Stairs, tight doorways, and elevators aren’t a problem.

We pad, wrap, and shrink-wrap every piece before it leaves your place, which is why damage is rare. If something does happen, tell us at the end of the move or shortly after. We’ll work with you on a repair or fair replacement. Our reputation depends on doing right by every customer.
